• Bed & Gear: The bed and its gear are oil-bathed with hi-grade lubricant oil, so that the machine operates smoothly with low noise leading to longer life the gear etc.
• Dial / Cylinder: Dial & Cylinder are very durable as these made of special alloy under precision processing and heat treatment.
• Cams: All cams are made of Japanese alloy die steel and processed by CNC under CAD / CAM and heat treatment.
• Central Stitch System (Optional): Latest design of central stitch system delicate, simple and stable.
• Structure: The machine incorporates advanced CNC and special surface treatment ensuring long-term stability and durability.
• Creel: High Quality Tube Creels in Aluminum or PVC, as per customer's demand
• Storage Feeders: Standard storage Feeders with Motorized storage Feeders
• Ceramic / Zirconium Yarn Feeders: These Ceramic or Zirconium Feeders are available as Additional Option with Excellent Results in all types of yarns specially Synthetic Yarns.
• This small modification leads to better quality of fabrics with increase in life of the Knitting Needles. The Fabric Lines in Plain Interlock Fabrics when using Polyester Yarns can be totally eliminated when using this Technology with our State of the Art KK-D Double Jersey
