- BED & Gear : The bed and its gear are oil-bathed with hi-grade Lubricant Oil, so that the machine operates smoothly with low noise leading to a Longer life of the machine gear etc.,
- Cylinder : It is very durable as this is made of special alloy under precision processing and heat treatment
- Cams : All cams are made of Japanese Alloy Die Steel and processed by CNC under CAD/CAM and heat treatment. Double Support Sinker Cams for Long Sinker life are Standard Fitment.
- Fleece Sinker Cams : Optional "Stitch Adjustment" Sinker Cams For Making High Quality Of Plating Fleece Fabrics Without Plating Defects.
- Knit Structures : Various Knit Structures can be created like Regular or Diagonal Plating Fleece by just changing of Cams, which are supplied as Standard Equipment.
- Central Stitch Control : Latest design of Central Stitch is delicate, simple and stable and is supplied as an Standard Equipment.
