• Structure : The Machine Incorporates Advanced CNC and special surface treatment ensuring long term stability and durability.
• BED & Gear : The bed and its gear are oil-bathed with hi-grade Lubricant Oil, so that the machine operates smoothly with low noise leading to an Longer life of the machine gear etc.,
• Cylinder : It is very durable as this is made of special alloy under precision processing and heat treatment
• Cams : All cams are made of Japanese Alloy Die Steel and processed by CNC under CAD/CAM and heat treatment. Double Support Sinker Cams for Long Sinker life are Standard Fitment.
• Cam Tracks : The Standard Machine Models are supplied in 2, 3 or 4 Tracks Variants.
• Knit Structures : Various Knit Structures can be created like Pique, Double Pique, Honey Comb, 2 Thread Fleece etc., by just by changing of Cams, which are supplied as Standard Equipment.
• Central Stitch Control : Latest design of Central Stitch is delicate, simple and stable and is supplied as an Standard Equipment.
• Yarn Feeding / Creels : Storage Yarn Feeders with Option of Normal or Non-Overlapping type Storage Feeders along with Yarn Tension and clearers along with Creel in Aluminum in D8 and D9 type.
• Outlook : With High Quality Metallic Paint coated and baked after several processes as brushing, dipping and painting. The surface of the machine is strong and corrosion free against Knitting Oil while the machine outlook is smooth and elegant.
